Squash Anderson (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to delivering your order efficiently and with care. Please review our shipping details below so expectations are crystal clear—no guesswork, no surprises.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, packing, and carrier handoff—it does not include transit time.


During peak seasons, promotions, or launches, processing may take slightly longer. We move with intention, not chaos.





Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates



Once processed, estimated delivery times are:


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days



Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Once it leaves our hands, the carrier sets the pace.





Shipping Rates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly noted at checkout.





Order Tracking



You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.





Shipping Carriers



Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on the order.





Address Accuracy



Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.


  • Squash Anderson is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package:


  1. Check your mailbox, porch, leasing office, or neighbors.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. Email us at info@squashanderson.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.

Squash Anderson is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact info@squashanderson.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We’ll assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

 

 

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability or fulfillment location. If so, you’ll receive separate tracking details.

 

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

 

 

 

Preorder or made-to-order items have extended processing times, which are clearly listed on the product page. These items ship once available.

High-Value Orders, Signature Delivery & Shipping Protection



To help protect both our customers and our business, Squash Anderson may apply additional delivery safeguards for select orders:


  • High-Value Orders: Orders containing high-value items (including select sneakers, bags, and limited-release products) may require additional verification before shipping. If we need clarification, we’ll reach out using the contact information provided at checkout.
  • Signature Required: For high-value shipments, we may ship with Signature Required at delivery. This helps reduce theft and “missing package” issues. If a signature is required and delivery is attempted, the carrier will provide options for redelivery or pickup.
  • Shipping Protection (If Offered at Checkout): If shipping protection is offered and selected at checkout, coverage and claims are handled according to the protection provider’s terms. Shipping protection can help with eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Important: If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier (and/or signed for when required), it is considered successfully delivered. Squash Anderson cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
